What is Le Jardin des Anges?

Jardin des Anges is a Quebec farm that delivers certified-organic fruits and vegetables to your door. Our produce comes from our own harvests and from farmers across the province and beyond. We are proud to support our farmers year after year and share each one's specialties. Founded in 1999, Jardin des Anges has been growing steadily. Our dynamic team includes more than a dozen employees who assemble and deliver your organic baskets all year long.

Is the home delivery service available all year-round?

Yes. We take the greatest care of the earth we cultivate, and we work with farmers who share our values to bring the best organic produce to your door every week.

Are all fruits and vegetables organic?

Yes. All the fruits and vegetables we offer are certified organic. For more information visit the Certifications page.

Can we see the baskets’ contents for the week and when?

Yes. Weekly basket contents are posted on our website by Saturday morning. To see what they are, click on the desired basket then Basket Contents.

Can I cancel a delivery? How about several?

Yes, as long as you do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Can I receive a basket even if I’m not home?

Yes. If you're not going to be home when your delivery arrives, you should leave a cooler and notify Customer Service so we can tell your driver.

Do I have to pay a registration fee?

No, there is no registration fee.

Can I choose what comes in my basket?

+ -

Yes, just select the "Customer's Choice" basket or customize your basket.

Can I not receive fruits and vegetables that I don’t like?

No, for allergy reasons we don't substitute fruits and vegetables in baskets. If you want specific items, choose them individually.

Where is my order assembled?

In 2018, your baskets are assembled right here on our farm.

Why does Le Jardin des Anges use bags?

The law requires that all food products be sold in appropriate new or sterilized containers to avoid any contamination. We minimize our use of recyclable/compostable bags for your orders.

Should I tip the delivery driver?

Yes, at your discretion.

How close to my delivery can I cancel or make changes to my order?

+ -

Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. After the cutoff, we reserve the right to refuse a cancellation or to bill a last-minute change fee of $5.99. If a last-minute change is approved, a fee of $3.00 will be billed for the product(s) in question.
Remember to contact us at least seven days in advance if you change your delivery address!
 

Can I add à la carte products to my basket? How?

Yes. You can add items to your standard basket order and have them delivered on a recurring basis or for a specific date only. You can choose the “Customer’s Choice” basket every time and add only the specific items you want. You can also select a specific frequency for each item you order.

Can I change my credit card information?

Yes. Log in to your account and click on Payment Method. First you need to delete the current credit card on the account. Once you do that, you can add a new card. Note that you will not receive a confirmation email.

 

How do I view or print my invoices?

Log in to your account and click on Order History. Here you can download all your previous invoices.

Do you have an order minimum?

Yes. The minimum order amount is $30 before taxes and fees.

Is the Jardin des Anges Website secure?

Yes. Our new site, launched in January 2018, is secured by a Comodo SSL certificate and uses the latest security measures to protect your personal information.

Are there delivery fees?

Delivery Fees:

  • Free for customers who pick up their orders at Jardin des Anges
  • Free for orders over $85 before taxes and fees
  • $0.99 for deliveries to pick-up points
  • $3.99 for home deliveries
  • $5.99 for extended region
     

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes. Please contact Customer Service at 450 258-4889 or info@jardindesanges.com. It is important to notify us of any changes at least seven days before the date of your first delivery at the new address. When you change your delivery address your order may end up on a different route or be delivered a different day of the week. In order for you to receive deliveries at the new address, it must be within our delivery area.

Do you deliver on holidays?

Yes. We always deliver on the scheduled day, except during our annual holiday closings for Christmas and New Year's. If we deliver to your workplace and it closes during the holidays, please provide us an alternative delivery address at least one week in advance so we can temporarily change your delivery address.
