Missing product, substitution error, or non-consumable product

We go above and beyond to ensure only the freshest, most delicious products are delivered to your door. But despite our best efforts, sometimes an item in your basket arrives damaged or inedible. If this happens, just shoot us an email within 24 hours. 
Tell us the first and last name of the account holder, the product, the quantity, and the reason it was unusable (please attach a photo). We'll replace it in your next basket or we'll credit it to your account.
