Preservation
+ -Refrigerated in a perforated plastic bag, it will last 2 to 3 days. The stems will last longer if they are separated from the leaves. Wash only before using. Freezer: Blanch the leaves for 2 minutes and cool under cold water. The stems should not be freezed; freezing gives them an unpleasant texture.
